Nursery equipment hire
You may hire for a period 2/3 days to 6 months and come and collect your order in a Relais shop, in partnership with Kidelio or, have it delivered to your home or a holiday address.
How do I make a reservation?
Make reservations for baby equipment on our website via just a few clicks:
1. Choose the equipment you would like to hire
2. Telling us the date and duration required
3 Tell us how you would like to collect
4 Submit your request: that’s it!
We will send you the rental contract via email.
Payment and a deposit cheque are taken on collection, or by post if you request a delivery. In this case you may also pay by card.
If you are not sure which model to choose, contact us by telephone or email and we will assist you and send you a personalised estimate.
When should I make a reservation?
As soon as you know the start date and length of your rental.
There is no minimum timeframe: the equipment is already stocked with our partners and if it is in stock you my collect the same day.
How does it work?
On receipt of your order, we will reserve your equipment in the Relais shop of your choice.
If you require delivery, the agent will deliver the equipment on the date requested.
At the end of your rental period, you drop the equipment off at the agreed Relais shop or the agent comes and collects it.
When the equipment has been checked we return your deposit.
Rates and deposit
Rental rates diminish depending on the length of the rental period: the longer you hire for, the lower the price per day.
The rental contract you receive will show the total price for the agreed period.
The amount of the deposit corresponds to the value of the equipment hired. The deposit cheque is requested when the equipment is paid for and is returned at the end of the rental period, after verification of the state of cleanliness and working order of the equipment.
