Delivery information

In order to offer the best service, Kidelio has selected Relais shops to stock and dispense the rental equipment. Should you require delivery to your home or another designated place, we will send via courier, delivery driver or Colissimo depending on your address.

Free pick up in a Kidelio relais shop

You can pick up your order in a Kidelio relais shop.
 

To choose this mode of pick up, during your order, choose your relais shop by clicking on the town of your choice.
 

Confirmation of your order will make mention of the address and opening hours of the relais shop.
You will then have all the information to come and pick up the equipment you have ordered in the Relais shop of your choice.

Returns are made to the same shop.
It is however possible to bring the equipment back to another Kidelio shop. In this case, a contribution to the costs of return will be requested.

Home delivery by express driver or Colissimo

If you do not live close to a relais shop or are on holiday with friends, we will have the equipment delivered to you via a carrier. The cost of the delivery depends on weight, number and size of parcels sent.

To choose this mode of transport, click on “Other towns – by carrier”.
 

The price is a guide price and includes the dispatch and return of the equipment. The cost of transportation is calculated depending on the department of destination and the number of parcels sent.
 
We are constantly renegotiating our postage rates: as soon as we receive your reservation, we can confirm the exact cost of return postage.

Depending on the routes of the carrier, the equipment is delivered in the morning or the evening. Someone must be available to receive the delivery. To return the equipment, the carrier will come by to collect the parcel(s) at the required address: they will receive all the necessary information.

In some cases, we can dispatch the parcel using Colissimo. In this case, only one way is charged. The return will be billed to you directly by the Postal Service.

 Home delivery (between Nice and Cannes)

In coastal towns between Nice and Cannes, Kidelio delivers directly yo your home.
The cost of delivery is €20 per order including collection.
 
To choose this mode of delivery, click on “Home delivery: Antibes, Cannes, Nice" during the order process.

At the end of your rental, we will pick up the equipment at a time that suits you.

You may also choose to have the equipment delivered to Nice airport: we bring the equipment to you on arrival and collect on your departure.

Home delivery in relais shop towns (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Toulon, ..)

In towns where there are relais shops, Kidelio is developing a network of delivery agents and negotiates individual rates. The cost of delivery depends on the proximity to the relais shop, town and service provider.
