 When should I book ?

You can reserve as soon as you know your need and rental dates. If the material is displayed, it is available in the relay shop you have chosen. We recommend that you book as soon as possible in order to benefit from all the material available, especially for school holidays.


 How can I book ?

Your reservation must be made directly on this site. Click on the picture "home" at the top left on the pink banner. The search engine allows you to choose the material you want, the place to pick up and the dates of your rental. By clicking on "Search" the available material will be displayed. You can book it by clicking on "I reserve". This material will be put in your "basket" visible at the top right of your screen. You will be able to continue your reservations or finish your order. Payment will be requested at the end of the reservation. An email confirmation will be sent to you and the voucher attached to this message will be presented instead of the location you have chosen.


 Why create an account ?

The account you create contains useful information on how to reach you if needed.

We protect your personal data and we do not share it with third parties. Your account has no information about your means of payment.

You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you ("Informatique et Libertés" french law of 6 January 1978 as amended). The data of your account is accessible using your email and the password chosen during your registration on the website


 How much will I pay ?

Rental rates are based on the rental period and the type of equipment. These rates are decreasing depending on the duration. On this site, for each material, we indicate the rate for 2 or 3 days of rent then the price related to your request is clearly indicated. Prices are net including tax.

You can do a simulation of the total rental price. Just do not validate the reservation to get a quote.


 When should I pay?

You must pay when you reserve your equipment: the validation of your order commits you to pay for the rental of the equipment. The button "Validate my order with obligation of payment" indicates it according to the Hamon Law. The chosen material is available, the payment will be asked for you as soon as it is booked.


 How to indicate an information when booking?

At the end of your reservation, you will have access to a "contact seller" area. For example, you can indicate the name of the person who will pick up the material, the time of your visit, or different details that are important to you.


 What are the different payment methods?

You can pay by credit card (VISA - MASTERCARD) via the trusted third party OGONE - INGENICO.

You can also pay with the Paypal secure service that accepts the following cards: Visa, National Bank Card, Aurore, Cofinoga / Privilege VPay Card, Cofidis 4 stars, American Express, Discover Maestro. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make a payment.


 How to change or cancel my reservation?

You have booked on the website and you have received the confirmation of your rental: simply reply to the email containing your rental agreement indicating your modification / cancellation. We will take into account your modification / cancellation and will send you an acknowledgment of receipt.


 Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel during the 14 days following your reservation and your payment (Loi Hamon). In this case, your payment will be fully refunded provided that the rental period has not started.

In the event of cancellation after the 14 legal days, all sums paid will be retained whatever the reason for the cancellation. 

If the rental period has begun and whether or not you are in possession of the equipement, we will not be able to make any refund. 


In the case of a 'last minute' order where the 14 days are not applicable because the service begins before the withdrawal period, refunds will be made as follows:

- 7 days more, before the start of the service; €5.00 (incl.VAT)

- 6 days or less before the start of the service; €10.00 (incl. VAT)

- The day before and the day of the start of the service, no refund


For exemple: A booking is made on 1 july for a service to start on 12 july, the cancellation request is made on 5 july, the cancellation charge will be €5.00(incl. VAT)



 Where does the material come from ?

Our rental equipment is purchased either directly from the manufacturers of baby care or from wholesalers. He is always bought new.


 How is the equipment serviced ?

Our equipment is checked and cleaned between each rental. The fixed parts are disinfected, the tissues detached or disassembled and put in machine. The products used are those used in nurseries and schools.



 I booked but I did not received any documents?

You have booked on this site and you have not yet received confirmation of your rental: contact us quickly via this form indicating your name, your email address and your request. We will quickly take into account your request.

It may be that your email address is wrong: send us a correct address and we will send you the relevant elements for the removal of your equipment in the chosen location.


 How to receive an invoice?

You can download your invoice directly into your customer account. It will also be sent to you by email before the end of your rental (pdf file).
